The Runcaris Soave Classico DOC from the Azienda Agricola Fattori is a high-quality dry white wine, made from the extraordinary Garganega grape grown in the vineyards located on the hills of the Soave Classico DOC area, which includes only the two municipalities of Soave and Monteforte d'Alpone.
The Soave Classico is a white wine produced in the original Soave area, which is the oldest region, known as the “historical area,” covering approximately 1,700 hectares of vineyards.
This dry white wine is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The aroma is intense yet delicate, mineral, with light sensations of citrus and yellow-fleshed fruits; there are also interesting notes of fine herbs, fresh sage, and nettle. The taste has good structure, is fresh, with aromatic notes of citrus and exotic nuances. It is finally delicately mineral and savory.

The Runcaris Soave Classico DOC from the Azienda Agricola Fattori is ideal for aperitifs and appetizers. It is also excellent for pairing with dishes that include mollusks, raw fish, and blue fish. Finally, it pairs perfectly with the more exotic sushi and sashimi. The ideal serving temperature is around 10-12°C, and the recommended type of glass is a complex white wine glass, with a reasonably wide body and a sufficiently wide opening.
