The Condiment based on Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Thyme Capitatus Spray produced by L'Aromaria is artisanal made in the wonderful setting of the Umbrian lands, more precisely in Orvieto, using 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil and organic.

This condiment is based on evo oil with the addition of essential oil of Thyme Capitatus produced from plants sourced from the strictly controlled organic crops of L'Aromaria.

The thyme capitatus gives the oil a herbaceous and spicy flavor that is truly inviting and vaguely reminiscent of oregano.
