The Gran Cima Stravecchio by Corrado Benedetti is a whole milk cow cheese. An exceptional mountain product that, thanks to the skilled attention of the cheese makers, ages in the cellars of Croce dello Schioppo. The aging periods are variable and, in some cases, can exceed eighteen months.
