The Gran Cima Stravecchio from the company Corrado Benedetti is a whole milk cow cheese. An exceptional mountain product that, thanks to the skilled care of the aging masters, ages in the cellars of Croce dello Schioppo. The aging periods vary and, in some cases, can exceed eighteen months.
