The wine comes from typical red grape varieties of the Beneventano region (mainly Aglianico and Piedirosso) cultivated in the vineyard areas of the provincial territory from the area with protected designation of origin, on soils of clayey and moderately calcareous nature.
It presents a beautiful ruby red color; on the nose, it shows hints of red fruit in spirit, blackberry, and floral notes of violet. The aroma is completed with notes of dried fruit (carob), spices (cloves and licorice), chocolate, tobacco, and caramel. On the palate, a full and pleasantly soft body is felt, elegant, and slightly astringent.
A synergy between art and wine: a sinuous and elegant female figure in true Art Nouveau style conveys the seductive nature of this wine, whose captivating label is a reworking of the original poster by the artist Bozzovich, used to promote Ocone wines in the aftermath of World War I, and from which the wine takes its name.
