Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 2015 750ml: use in the kitchen

The Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Ferragù 2015 is certainly a companion for pleasant meditation, as that is its purpose, so it should be enjoyed on its own.
However, being a wine of body and character, it can be paired only with aged cheeses, game, roasted meats, braised dishes, and stews.
Naturally, it is a worthy companion to a typical dish of the Venetian tradition: Risotto all’Amarone.

This wine is still maturing and will be ready in June 2021. In the meantime, you can taste the Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Ferragù 2014, which is the previous vintage.
