The Alto Adige Sud Tirol DOC Chardonnay Sanct Valentin 2018 from the St. Michael Eppan Kellerei is a wine cultivated only in selected microzones of the municipality of Appiano, ensuring extraordinary grapes that give life to an esteemed wine of remarkable strength and elegance.

Grapes: 100% chardonnay
Vineyard: selection from the best exposures in the municipality of Appiano (450-550 m). Limestone-gravel soils and moraine sediments.
Training system: Guyot
Harvest: mid-September; manual collection and selection of grapes.
Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and aging on the lees in barrique-tonneaux. Blending after almost a year and further maturation of at least eight months in steel tanks.

Acidity: 5.25 g/L
Alcohol Percentage: 14% vol
