Grapes: nerello mascalese 90%, nerello cappuccio 10%
Vineyard: 780 mt. a.s.l., with soil of brown volcanic sands; Fertile soil, alkaline and iron components.
Harvest: manual, with selection on the vine, end of October.
Vinification: fermentation in conical oak tanks with selected indigenous yeasts. Complete malolactic fermentation.
Aging: 24 months in French oak barrels (Ovum) and 12 months in bottle.

Alcohol percentage: 13.5% vol.
