The Mofete Bianco Etna Bianco BIO DOC 2019 from the winery Palmento Costanzo is an organic white wine that showcases freshness and minerality as its hallmark, to be enjoyed with great pleasure.
Grapes: Carricante 70% - Catarratto 30%.
Vineyard: 750 m above sea level, with a soil of black and brown volcanic sands 60-70%; stones and effusive rocks.
Harvest: hand-picked, late September.
Winemaking: soft pressing and fermentation in steel with selected indigenous yeasts.
Aging: 4 months in steel in contact with fine lees and 2 months in bottle.
Year: 2019
Alcohol content: 12 % vol.
The Mofete Bianco Etna Bianco BIO DOC 2019 from the Palmento Costanzo wine cellar is an excellent white wine to pair with seafood preparations, particularly with stewed fish and fish soups. It pairs wonderfully with shellfish.

Perfume: fragrant bouquet with pronounced citrus and mineral notes with hints of Mediterranean scrub.
