The Sancta Catharina Toscana Rosso IGT 2017 by Cantine Dei is a smooth, refined wine, a great red that expresses with authority and elegance the uniqueness of the Sienese hills, capable of combining the drinkability of Sangiovese typical of Montepulciano with the fruitiness of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Grapes: Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot.
Soil: clay-tuffaceous
Altitude: 300-350 meters above sea level

Vinification: gentle pressing; fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 26-28 °C; maceration for 28 days.
