Vineyard: Pliocene origin soil, sedimentary formation characterized by the presence of yellow sands alternating with clays. Notable presence of marine fossils.
Farming System:
Winemaking: Maceration in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature of 26–28°C for about 2 weeks. Malolactic fermentation completed.
Aging: In medium-toast French oak barriques, 50% of which are new, for about 12 months, followed by bottle refinement for at least 18 months.

Color: very intense and deep ruby red.
Smell: of great olfactory complexity, notes of small red and black forest fruits emerge, among which raspberry and black cherry stand out, well combined with vanilla and spicy notes reminiscent of tobacco and cocoa. Over the years, balsamic notes and hints of truffle emerge.
Taste: of great structure and persistence, enveloping and elegant. The tannin texture is very dense, characterized by soft tannins. The finish is very long and the aftertaste is intense and pleasant.
