The Perlé Zero Rosé Riserva Trento DOC 2015 by Ferrari Trento is obtained from a careful selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the vineyards of the Lunelli family. It captivates with its refined accent and aristocratic persistence.
Grapes: 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay
Production Area: Vineyards at the foothills of the Trentino mountains at 300-600 meters, facing south-east and south.
Production Characteristics: average aging of 50 months on selected yeasts in their own cultures.
Alcohol Content: 12.5% Vol.
