Our zabaglione is prepared strictly by hand, artisanally and without the use of machinery.
For this product, which is cooked in a water bath as tradition dictates, we use genuine ingredients such as eggs, marsala, sugar, and rice starch.
During preparation, our zabaglione is continuously monitored and pampered by specialized operators and finally it is carefully jarred.
A thick, smooth product, suitable for swirling into ice creams, semifreddos, and flavoring creams.
