Pure Bergamot Juice can be used as an aid for normalizing cholesterol: it is recommended to take 2-3 doses daily of 100ml each, diluted in the same amount of water.
Diluted to 30%, it becomes an excellent refreshing drink (also with the addition of small amounts of syrup or mint leaves), with a taste similar to grapefruit but more intense.
It can be used for the preparation of cocktails or in culinary preparations, as a substitute for lemon or lime juice.
Due to its high citric acid content, its use is not recommended for preparations containing milk or dairy products.
