This wine is made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier owned by the company, grown on hillside soils of morainic origin formed during the Würm glaciation. In this environment, the vines, thanks to the high fixed acidity, give great longevity to the wine, allowing a slow and optimal evolution. This is an essential prerequisite for achieving a balanced structure, typical and enveloping aromas, as well as a very fine perlage.
