This wine is made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes owned by the company, grown in hilly morainic soils formed during the Wüerm glaciation. In this environment, the vineyards, thanks to their high acidity, give great longevity to the wine, allowing for a slow and optimal evolution. This is an essential prerequisite to obtain a balanced structure, typical and enveloping aromas, as well as a fine perlage.
