Distillate of Turbiana grapes using the discontinuous and traditional method with a still. 40% vol. the alcohol content. Very fine aromas of dried fruits and flowers, notes of citrus and apricot. Dry on the palate with a beautiful almond finish.

Filippo Bottacini is a young winemaker with a great passion for his territory, Lugana. Lands bathed by Lake Garda that formed after the melting of the great glacial moraine that covered the current Benaco. These are mixed lands of sand, silt, and gravel; vineyards that stretch along the Sermana stream, from which the company takes its name. Ideal lands for the Turbiana grape variety typical of Lugana. Filippo has been cultivating the vineyards and managing the winery for about ten years and is achieving excellent results with his wines. The winery is not large but is growing steadily. The desire, however, is to make great wines, respectful of the fruit and the territory of origin. Identity wines.
