It is always obtained from the immersion distillation with a still of the pomace of Turbiana grapes. Subsequently, it is aged in oak casks for about a year. In the end, it acquires a typical amber color and a rounder, more enveloping density on the palate. Sensations of candied citrus fruits, peaches, and apricots in jam, dried fruit, honey, and vanilla. Smooth on the palate with a beautiful sweet finish of roasted almonds.

Filippo Bottacini is a young winemaker with a great passion for his territory, Lugana. Lands watered by Lake Garda that were formed after the melting of the large glacial moraine that covered the current Benaco. These are mixed lands of sand, silt, and gravel; vineyards that extend along the Sermana creek, which gives the company its name. Ideal lands for the Turbiana grape typical of Lugana.
