The company Special Food Srl is located in the Sicilian hinterland and produces a wide range of agri-food specialties typical of this extraordinary island under the brand Nasonte. The idea behind it is to combine culinary creativity with the traditions of Sicilian cuisine, offering the global market some lines of agri-food products of excellent quality.

For the production of its products, Special Food only uses ingredients and raw materials from carefully selected regional artisans and never adds any preservatives, colorants, flour, or thickeners, seasoning only with aromatic herbs and extra virgin olive oil to best showcase the genuineness of what is eaten. Today, Special Food Srl has created a new line of products under the brand Special Food "Gran Gourmet Agroalimentari Tipici di Sicilia biological line": it has obtained the certification of a certified organic company, controlled by the CCPB srl body. For the production of the BIO line, the best ingredients have been selected from Sicilian farms with producers of organic certified raw materials. Fresh ingredients carefully selected and then artisanally processed, seasoned with aromatic herbs and with ancient methods of Sicily. Even for this line, the assortment is vast: appetizers, sauces, pâtés, pestos, dried fruit, and various herbs.

Special Food boasts participation in fairs such as Cibus (Parma), TuttoFood (Milan), Artigiano in Fiera (Milan), and Salone del Gusto (Turin), achieving notable results and recognitions. The company today shares the flavors of Sicily also in France, Germany, England, and Switzerland.
