The red radicchio cream from Treviso BIO by Nonno Andrea is truly tasty and delicate. It is the result of emulsifying Radicchio Rosso di Treviso IGP with extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, and a small percentage of apple cider vinegar.
It has a slightly purplish color, and on the palate, it is creamy and velvety with a sweet flavor and a subtle hint of bitterness characteristic of radicchio, with small spicy notes due to black pepper.
