The Riso Vialone Nano is a typical product of the Verona and Mantova regions. It is characterized by being cultivated in irrigated areas with spring water and is one of the most appreciated rice varieties for preparing risotto, as it holds up very well during cooking. “Extra” means that the rice contained is of the highest quality, carefully selected, free from impurities and with a breakage percentage of grains lower than 1.5%. In full compliance with law 325 of 1958.
