Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and exclusively through mechanical processes.
The base oil is extra virgin and of Italian origin. The aroma is heated in the oil to about 40 - 60 degrees for a few minutes in order to extract only the essential oils and not to destroy the integrity of the oil's fragrances.
The Herbs are of Tuscan origin and belong to all those commonly found in the Mediterranean scrub. Excellent for seasoning pasta with tomato sauce and for roasted white meats. To be gently melted on red meat cuts and baked potatoes.
