The potato we propose comes from a selection of products from the land of the Verona plains. River soils rich in silt and sand that give a particular aroma and compactness and a good richness of minerals.
It is a Primura type potato with a smooth and shiny yellow skin and yellow, floury flesh. Extremely versatile in the kitchen.
The yellow-fleshed potatoes have a good firmness during cooking. They are ideal for making gnocchi alla veneta or for baking and frying. Excellent also for other preparations like savory custards and to be served roasted with chicken. Superb in foil and grilled or wrapped in ash in aluminum foil.
