Cider is an alcoholic beverage that comes from alcoholic fermentation, in this case of apples. The varieties used are 75% Fuji apple and the remaining 15% Renetta Grigia apple. It is a particular product that has a long history in the Piedmont area due to its proximity to French culture, where cider is much more commonly consumed. In this case, the alcohol content is 7%, giving it an interesting alcoholic strength. It is a particularly fragrant product because Fuji apples are equally aromatic and has a nice creaminess on the palate due to the presence of Renetta apples, typical mountain apples with a very thick skin rich in glycerols and natural thickening sugars.
