Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, a classic blend that is vinified according to the tradition of these lands. Charmat method therefore in autoclave.
A technique that better preserves all the characteristics of pleasantness and freshness that these hills have to offer. An alcohol content of 12.5% Vol. A product of intensity and elegance.
Here we present the Magnum version of 1.5 L
Ermenegildo Giusti wanted to demonstrate with this wine that his beloved hills, three Asolo and Montello, are perfect soils for the production of a cuvée that enhances the most international grape varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
The grapes come from the beautiful cru located around the ancient Abbey of Nervesa della Battaglia.
This sparkling wine has a complex structure and carries with it the freshness and fragrance of hillside Chardonnay as well as the structure and elegance of Pinot Noir.
A wine with olfactory complexity featuring sensations of fruit such as golden apple, pear, and yellow citrus zest. A lovely sensation of brioche and fresh bread crust. Sweetly spiced with hints of ginger and turmeric. On the palate, it has a distinct effervescence. An overall creaminess that offers a nice savoriness and freshness alongside a pronounced sensation of ripe fruit. The finish brings delightful notes of crispness and toasted dried fruit.
An excellent sparkling wine for seafood appetizers, grilled fish, and moderately spicy and complex first courses. It also pairs well with beef tartare, particularly with knife-cut charolaise or limousine, or Chianina IGP. It's worth trying with Asian cuisine for its ability to orient certain aromatic qualities towards sweet spicy components.
