Mostarda, as it is known, is a typical recipe from Mantua made with fruits and vegetables in a sugar syrup and mustard essence. Therefore, it is particularly spicy, but Senga manages to produce it very balanced and delicate. With the pears from their own property, they create this mostarda to pair with Grana Padano DOP, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Bagoss, aged Asiago, pecorino, Gran Sardo, mixed boiled meats, and cold cuts.
