The Lazzaris Vicentine mustard is the classic mustard with the scent of candied fruit pieces. It has a fragrant taste, occasionally spicy but without excess. The Venetian mustard has a granular and sugary consistency with alternating clementines, apricots, yellow cherries, white pears, and candied figs. Tasting it brings to mind the scents of the seasons.
It is produced with a minimum of 36% pure quince pulp, free from colorings and preservatives.
Pulp of fresh quinces, candied fruit in variable proportions (clementines, apricots, yellow cherries, white pears, figs, brassica), mustard flavor, glucose syrup, sugar.
The Lazzaris Vicenza mustard brings elegance and sophistication to various cuts of boiled meats: tongue, roast beef, veal shank. Its spiciness and the choice of candied fruit make it a particularly versatile accompaniment that can be equally used for soft and semi-aged cheeses and dessert wines.
