The Lazzaris Vicenza mustard is the classic mustard with the fragrance of candied fruit in pieces. With a fragrant flavor, sometimes spicy but not excessive. The Venetian mustard has a granular and sugary consistency with alternating clementines, apricots, yellow cherries, white pears, and candied figs. Tasting it brings to mind the scents of the seasons.
It is produced with a minimum of 36% pure quince pulp, free from colorants and preservatives.
