The pear and lemon fruit spread Cuor di Frutta from Multiforme Onlus is made with 95% seasonal pears and is free from colors and preservatives. 

The fruit, all strictly Italian, is washed, peeled, and cut entirely by hand in a craft laboratory. The cooking is done with progressively high heat until boiling and then at low heat so that the fruit dries and thickens slowly. The jars are filled manually, then sterilized, labeled, and packaged with a fabric cover that makes them a precious gift.
