The Graffiti Eggplant is very special as it has a very thin striped skin that can even be left on during cooking. The Ragusan variety from Ispica is a mix of flavor and delicacy, with a white and sweet pulp that lends itself to numerous recipes. It comes from organic farming.
Its organoleptic characteristics contain even more nutrients than regular eggplants, as they have more antioxidant agents inside. Particularly suitable for frying, but not only: being sweet, this type of eggplant can also be used in dessert recipes like jams or ice creams.
