The Gambellara DOC Spumante “il Ricordo” from the winery Natalina Grandi is a sweet wine made from selected grapes sourced from the volcanic hillsides of Gambellara.
Made from 100% Garganega grapes, these were processed in small stainless steel tanks to extract more intense aromas. It was refermented for five months on the lees in autoclave using the “Charmat method”.
The Gambellara DOC Spumante “il Ricordo” from the Natalina Grandi winery is an excellent wine that we undoubtedly recommend as a dessert paired with cream pastries.
A wine of golden yellow color with numerous and quite persistent bubbles.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Alcohol content: 11.5°.
