The Gambellara DOC Spumante “il Ricordo” from the winery Natalina Grandi is a sweet wine made from selected grapes from the volcanic foothill areas of Gambellara.
Made from 100% Garganega grapes, these were fermented in small steel tanks to extract more intense aromas.
Refermented for five months on the lees in autoclave using the “Charmat method”.
The Gambellara DOC Spumante “il Ricordo” (which we present to you on this page in a 1.5-liter Magnum bottle) from the winery Natalina Grandi is an excellent wine that we undoubtedly recommend as a dessert paired with creamy sweets.
A wine with a golden yellow color and numerous, fairly persistent bubbles.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Alcohol content: 11.5°.
