The two most precious typical products of the Monti Sibillini, the Truffle and the Mele Rosa from the Slow Food Presidia, in a surprising sauce that perfectly combines the two flavors.
The rosa apple of the Sibillini has always been cultivated in the Marche at over 450 meters above sea level. The peculiar climatic conditions of the Monti Sibillini area, primarily the daily and seasonal temperature variations, positively affect the organoleptic characteristics of the product, making it unique and absolutely different from the fruit grown in the plains. For more than ten years, the rosa apple of the Monti Sibillini has been a Slow Food Presidium.
