A delicious tart, made of soft shortcrust pastry and filled with a tasty high-fruit jam (at least 70% visciole). Without preservatives.
Shortcrust pastry (37.5%): wheat flour, sugar, eggs, vegetable fats (palm and coconut in varying proportions) and vegetable oils (sunflower), water, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (palm), sunflower lecithin; leavening agents: diphosphate disodic, wheat starch, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavorings, coloring: beta-carotene.
Filling: (67.5%): extra sour cherry jam (sour cherries 77%, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, gelling agent: pectin, acidulant: citric acid, coloring: E150d).
