The hazelnut spread with donkey milk and saffron by Safranum is the result of a collaboration between Safranum and the young pastry chef from Cuneo, Mattia Baldizzone, who skillfully combined Piedmont hazelnuts, cocoa, and cane sugar, perfectly marrying them with two ancient products known for their origins and unique properties and characteristics, such as donkey milk (similar to maternal milk, low in fats and rich in omega 3) and saffron from the Langhe.
