The Lagrein Sud Tirolo DOC from Heinrichshof is a high-quality red wine, produced with the extraordinary grapes grown on the sandy soil of the sunny slope located just behind the Heinrichshof farm in Bolzano, in Trentino Alto Adige.
This wine is characterized by a ruby red color. The aroma is rich, fruity, and with floral nuances while the taste is round, sweet, and has an earthy aftertaste.
Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.
The Lagrein Sud Tirolo DOC by Heinrichshof is ideal for pairing with lightly aged cheeses and roast white meats.
It pairs perfectly with lake fish cooked in broth served with a side of mixed baked vegetables.
A bold yet fitting pairing is with grilled melted cheeses like Asiago DOP or with sautéed mushrooms with plenty of parsley: you won't regret it!
