Its reddish color and naturally hazy appearance are characterized by the use of raw materials such as cicerchia and roasted malts. It has an engaging aroma dominated by mineral and caramel notes. It has a round body and a balanced taste.
The Cotta 37 Craft Beer from Mastri Birrai Umbri pairs perfectly with pizza, pasta dishes, soups, white meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
The top fermentation method and the lack of filtration can create a natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle.
