They are harvested strictly by hand to be then cleaned, chopped, and finally jarred with the extra virgin olive oil from the local cultivar “Coratina” which gives these preserved vegetables the ancient and inimitable taste of the past. 

It is important to emphasize that this oil preserve is produced strictly by hand and the broccoli rabe come strictly from farmers operating in the Foggia area, where this company is based.

Ingredients: broccoli rabe (65%), extra virgin olive oil (25%), seed oil (9%), wine vinegar, salt, spices in varying proportions (parsley, garlic, chili).
