Apricot Distillate: use in the kitchen

The apricots used by Florian Rabanser for this distillate come exclusively from the Val Venosta. This is fruit that ripens very slowly due to the valley's microclimate. The high acidity maintains a lively crunchiness of the fruit and very fresh aromas. The apricots are never too sweet, and thus the distillation preserves the purity of the fruit and its acidity.

Alcohol content: 42% vol.
