Aged Moscato Grappa: How is it produced

We are in Siusi in one of the most beautiful valleys of South Tyrol. A tradition that has been passed down since the distant 1300s. It does not produce large quantities as its reality is subject to an archaic yet still in-force law, which limits the amount of alcohol produced per family in South Tyrol to 300 liters. For this reason, Florian has decided to focus entirely on high-value raw materials that are territorial and representative of South Tyrolean culture and tradition. The pomace is sourced from his friend Klaus Lentsch, whose wines you can find on this site. The pure air of South Tyrol and a meticulous attention to detail make these distillates a true Italian jewel.
