Gin Dol Gin - Zu Plun

A gin that can reach as high as 60 degrees, at its full strength. The artisanal mastery of Florian is also reflected in the production of hand-crafted labels for this latest high-level product. The pure air of South Tyrol and the meticulous attention to detail make these distillates a true Italian gem.

A curiosity: the production is very limited as its reality must adhere to an ancient law, still in force, that limits the quantity of spirits produced to 300 liters per family in South Tyrol... but those 300 liters are among the most awarded in Italy!

Gin Dol Gin - Zu Plun: use in the kitchen

Gin is a distillate that uses wheat and barley from the valleys of South Tyrol, where a blend of aromatic herbs, spices, and plants gathered in the high mountains is macerated. The juniper berries are particularly important: they are also what give this Gin its typical round aroma.
