Pinot Bianco DOC Collio is a complex and complete wine: a wine of remarkable elegance on the nose and with great structure on the palate, a characteristic that comes from the Collio territory.
In all the wines, notes of minerality are perceived, which are given by the Eocene origin soil; these are marine bottoms emerged 50 million years ago and therefore retain this high minerality. In all vineyards, substantial thinning is carried out to obtain high-quality wines.
