The Roma DOC Rosso 2018 from the Vinea Domini line is based on Montepulciano, a variety that was very common in the hills of the Castelli Romani areas before the phylloxera outbreak. Its strength lies in the olfactory analysis: the wine is, in fact, a concentrate of berries, very intense and persistent.

The Roma DOC Rosso 2018 from the Vinea Domini line pairs perfectly with spiced grilled meats and the specialties of Roman cuisine: sweetbreads with artichokes, Roman tripe, oxtail stew, and coratella.
Olfactory sensations: strong notes of ripe red fruit, particularly cherry, blackberry, and plum. Hints of spices and harmonious vanilla derived from aging in wood
