The Mofete Rosato Etna Rosato BIO DOC 2018 from the winery Palmento Costanzo is an organic rosé wine made with only nerello mascalese grapes. It captivates with a lively and highly typical sip.
Grapes: 100% nerello mascalese
Vineyard: 750 m.a.s.l., with a soil of black and brown volcanic sands 60-70%; stones and eruptive rocks.
Harvest: hand-picked, mid-September.
Vinification: 8 hours of cold prefermentative maceration followed by fermentation in steel with selected indigenous yeasts.
Aging: 4 months in steel in contact with the fine lees and 2 months in the bottle.

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
