The Heletto Veneto Rosso IGT 2017 by Garbole is one of the best red wines from Veneto. It is an expression of the need for creative freedom and the overcoming of pre-established constraints in a permanent tension between past and future. The Heletto enhances the purity of the matter in its most intimate structure.
The names of Garbole's wines are preceded by an H: the H factor. That is, the same hands, the same way of doing, the same thought, the same family: a way to harmonize as well as to identify. But also the desire to tell the silence, a subtle and ironic call to the desire to withdraw from the filters of a scientific tasting.
Grapes: Corvina Veronese and other varieties.
Harvest: entirely manual starting from mid-September.
Vinification and aging: a slow and soft fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. In oak barrels for at least 60 months.

The Heletto Veneto Rosso IGT 2017 by Garbole is a structured red wine, suitable for pairing with cured meats, meat-based first courses, and grilled meats. Its structure allows it to "dare" more towards roasts and medium-aged cheeses, and it also pairs well with small game and aged cheeses.
Color: intense ruby red.
Aroma: hints of plum, cherry, and amarena jam and almond, all well blended with a pleasant balsamic vein and a note of fresh mint, which along with hints of vanilla, coffee, chocolate, and licorice give the wine olfactory complexity.
Taste: a wine of great body, powerful, enveloping, dry, and savory, with great taste-olfactory persistence, characterized by a good level of acidity that gives it the right degree of freshness.
Service temperature: 14 - 16 °C
Colore: rosso rubino intenso.
Profumo: sentori di prugna ciliegia amarena confettura e mandorla, tutto ben amalgamato da una piacevole vena balsamica ed una nota di menta fresca, che con i sentori di vaniglia, caffè e cioccolato, liquirizia danno al vino complessità olfattiva.
Gusto: vino di grande corpo, potente, avvolgente, asciutto, e sapido con una grande persistenza gusto-olfattiva, caratterizzato da un buon grado di acidità che gli dona un giusto grado di freschezza.
