The Montescosso Rosso Classico Umbria IGT 2018 from Cantina Rossi Daniele is the Cru of the Rossi family from Casale Villa Chiara. A red wine with an intense flavor that will engage you during meals or your moments of meditation.
Grapes: Merlot 70%, Sangiovese 30%
Montescosso matured for 12 months in oak barrels and was subsequently refined in the bottle. It is the result of soil with a good presence of clay and rich in skeleton, warm and permeable, which allows for the production of perfectly healthy, ripe, and excellent quality grapes.

Intense ruby red, on the nose blackberry and berries, surprising for its vegetal note, but especially for the sweet spices like cinnamon and vanilla, almost reminiscent of a wine from Valpolicella.
