The Maximum Blanc de Blancs Trento DOC by Ferrari Trento is a sparkling wine of great personality that is characterized by freshness, fragrance, and finesse. Dedicated to true connoisseurs, the restaurant industry, and the best trendy venues.
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Production Area: Vineyards at the foot of the Trentino mountains at 300-600 meters and exposed to the southeast and southwest.
Production Characteristics: average aging of 30 months on selected yeasts from their own cultures.
Alcohol Content: 12.5% Vol.
The Maximum Blanc de Blancs Trento DOC by Ferrari Trento is splendid throughout the meal. We recommend pairing it with a great buffalo mozzarella or a classic octopus salad.
Visual examination: Bright straw yellow.
Olfactory: Of great intensity with notes of ripe fruit, where hints of bread crust and hazelnut are recognized.
Taste: Fresh and of great finesse, making the sip inviting and satisfying. The finish offers nuances of citrus and mineral sensations.
