These Organic White Corn Pennette Rigate are made with a die specifically designed for Bontasana: the diameter is narrow, the thickness of the pasta is well noticeable, and the ridges are slight. The combination of these characteristics, along with the porosity of the bronze extrusion, makes this shape ideal for liquid sauces.
Bontasana pasta does not overcook and remains intact even the next day. Every shape doubles in weight and volume: for this reason, the recommended average portion of raw pasta is 60 grams.
