The Irpinia Aglianico DOC 2019 from Cantine Novera is an elegant wine, particularly suited for important events at the table. Its strong colors, scents, and aromas make it stand out.

Harvest period: Late October - early November. Manual harvest.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested at full ripeness, and after destemming and crushing, they undergo fermentation with intense maceration. This is followed by malolactic transformation and aging in French oak barriques for a period of 4-6 months, depending on the vintage.

The Irpinia Aglianico DOC 2019 by Cantine Novera pairs perfectly with hearty dishes, such as game, cold cuts, and aged or smoked cheeses.
It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 16-18°C and to let it breathe in a decanter for 1 hour.
A wine with a ruby red color, featuring intense aromas of cherry, blackberry, berry jam, cassis, vanilla, pepper, and cloves. On the palate, it has a rich structure with soft and silky tannins.
