This wine is made from Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes owned by the company, cultivated on hilly morainic soils formed during the Wüirm glaciation. In this environment, the vines, thanks to their high fixed acidity, give great longevity to the wine, allowing it to undergo a slow and optimal evolution. This is an essential prerequisite for achieving a balanced structure, typical and enveloping aromas, as well as a very fine perlage.
